I can’t remember who said this but please know that this isn’t my theory just me reiterating it and showing proof!
Isayama left us on ANOTHER cliffhanger and here we have what people have been calling it:
- Jean gets shot!
- Mikasa jumps in front of the bullet!
But what it looks like to me (and to the person who’s theory this is, again I can’t remember their URL) it looks like
- ARMIN SHOT THE MAN BEFORE HE COULD SHOOT JEAN
In the first panel, if you look closely, you can see Armin’s hand reaching into his cloak. Then, in the second panel where you see everyone’s reactions, Armin is the only one looking angry/determined.
Levi told them to kill if necessary and everyone but Mikasa had seemed nervous about doing such a thing.
BUT CLEARLY ARMIN WAS NOT.
He’s surprised us before so I wouldn’t put it past him to do something like this. And actually I HOPE it was Armin because HELLO epic character development.
RIGHT????
